Sharing is a major part of our lives.  From pictures, to experiences, to products – everything tends to be a bit better when our friends are involved.  This even extends to the subscriptions and memberships we join.  However, with no reasonable medium between a family plan and corporate plan, many of us often turn toward sharing a more problematic item, our passwords.

Password sharing comes at a cost.  It’s risky, insecure, and if you’re doing it to split the bill – a coordination nightmare.  Services, left trying to recover missed revenue, often have to suspend users and reduce project budgets. It’s a lose – lose.

Born out of that problem, Friendplan is a new social marketplace for group subscriptions.  Through partnerships that harness the power of sharing, we simplify the subscription process and help connect users to the services they want at rates they can afford.
